Thats really common when you just start training. My left lat was alot smaller than my right when I started.

What I did was actually under train my right lat, not to an extreme extent. But what I did was do my left side first for any excercise. I let my left side determine what my right side would do. When it caught up in size I trained them both again the same until I brought my left lat up to strength with my right.

Do single leg calf raises using the same weight for both legs.

im guessing you are right footed.your right calf is bigger because it is naturally stronger, so you use it more without realising (eg if you are doing calf raises, chances are you are using your rigth calf more to push your body up) try doing one legged calf raises or use both legs at the same time but put more emphasis on your left calf.this should bring it up to par...if not you could always try synthol! lol

i have the same problem because i broke my ankle a while back..i just train my left a little heavier not too much...it depends on how much it annoys you because mine has been a slow 3 year prosses but im not competing so i took it slow..slowly but surely they are about equal now and i didnt have to sacrifice a whole lot of right calf training
