What are some good exercises to bring out that area. ( Incline hits it, but it seems more of overall) Im looking to try to isolate that area with some specific exercise.

I seem to be a little two bony in that area.

What about cable cross-overs, where you set the machine to a really low level, and raise the cables upwards as you cross.

(Start of movement = hands near hip level, end of movement = hands at or near head level.) I've seen a few trainers instructing this movement at my gym.

for cables you could put an inclined bench in there i find that easier then standing when im doing the upper part of chest with cables

Incline hammer grip Dumubbell press and incline dumbbell flyes will bring that area up.
