Best exercise that I've found for tri's is the Lying French Press (skull crushers), Chest I use Incline/Flat/Decline dumbell press.

try out new things and find what works best for you because personally skull crushers dont work well with me im more of a close grip bench guy

i prefer weighted dips or close grip bench for tri's for chest fro building mass good old flat bench. but if your asking my favorite I really enjoy incline bench more then flat
