So i've been reading these things about cardio and HIIT and i'm still going on a blank as to what I should do. I keep trying to lose weight and the fat on my chest and stomach just won't go. What are your opinions in how I should work cardio or hiit into my training. I lift 4-5 days a week regularly.

Little extra info:

My diet is right on target, i'm steadilly losing weight with my diet.

NO CARBS! means no rice,no beans if it dont bleed dont eat it!...2 weeks no carbs ur body will switch from burning glycogen to burning ur bf for energy...very healthy and works quick...dont knock it if u havnt tried it...

take a mild fat burner like lipo6...& during w\os wrap cling film around your belly, bout 3-4 layers, tight but not too tight...

what LBJ said is goob but to add to that there is this stuff called "abilene" i believe its a cream soap that doesnt require water, its used to clean off chicks make up. If you put that on the area that you are going to wrap in plastic before you put the plastic on you will sweat soooooo much. my friend who is a boxer has been doing that for year when cutting to make weight. its cheap you can get it for a few buck at the store

I really wanted to try that for a while. But the thing is I don't have the resources to do it (financially), I don't have a job yet because I don't want to offset my college financial aid. I've heard great things about it though.

Whats a wrap cling film? I've never heard of it.

And what do you guys think Is more effective. HIIT or long sessions of slow cardio?

ceram wrap or you can do what i do its kind easier use a plastic dry cleaning bag cut a whole in the top and sides for head and arms then tuck it in to your boxers or tape tight to your stomach. i always have tons of dry cleaning bags around so that esier. you know what im talking about right? that plastic bag your dry cleaning comes in when you pick it up from the cleaners

dude jumping rope is no joke i have a rope with weights in the handles after 4-5 minutes im dead and my arms are dead
