I really wanted to try that for a while. But the thing is I don't have the resources to do it (financially), I don't have a job yet because I don't want to offset my college financial aid. I've heard great things about it though.

Whats a wrap cling film? I've never heard of it.
And what do you guys think Is more effective. HIIT or long sessions of slow cardio?
