haw do i bild the uper part of my trysep

ive been hamering my tryseps with dips close grip bench , arm extenshon and pull downs on the cabol but ime not geting them eny biger and ive been hamering for at least 3-4 months naw, wot should i change on them ?????

psot your actual workout. and weights. and how much you weigh and stuff. but reverse grip extensions work well. as long as you do them right.

hes already trying those tho. he might be one of those types of people where there triceps build bigger with cable tension. i used to be like that in highschool. things changed but tension worked best then.

oh shit not paying attention, just red the title of the thread

perhaps you're overtraining them...train them once a week, no more no less, but give em all u got. stick to them diets & supps we discussed in your other threads & u should be fine

3-4 months is alot of time u could of put on atleast an inch or more by then, so there's a fault there somewhere...

i do 3x max out and i move the whate up eatch set
i seem to have gained a lot on my lower arm nere the elbow but its flat and has no shape nere my sholder, with cabol work outs would u sujest ?

ok wot rep range should i be aiming for, i alternate it with a rope and flat bar every other week

do you do tris with chest?...if u hitting them more than 2x a week ur over training them...ovr training kills ur gains..how much do you weigh..if ur light weight u cant expect to get BIG big...do you eat enough protein to grow? enough calories?..lotta variables but kkep pumping and eating and it will happen...

are i thik that is wot ive dun rong i do them separotly, but i do my tryseps on monday and chest on friday so i have lowds of time to revover, dus it still make a difrense ?

work your tri's with chest and just 9 to 12 sets which means 3 to 4 exercises. i would recommend close grip bench for mass, skull crushers, and weighted dips and then burn out with cable pull downs... and just work them out once a week. remember than when u do shouders on u are also working your triceps. hope this hepls u out.
