I think i am over training my chest tell me your opinions please. I do incline bench, straight bench, decline bench, incline flys, straight flys, decline flys, cable crossover, and pec deck. 3 sets each 8-10 rep range. im not experiencing any unusual soreness just feel like im hitting a plateau and was thinking it might be due to over training let me know your guys opinions thanks.
oh yeah i do that workout once a week and I dont do anyother body parts on chest days |
