no more squat

shit shit shit
my gym owner have decided to remove the squat rack .
what should i do , should i set that guy on fire or what ?

anyhow i tired to squat on the smith machine and i swear i am going to injur myself if i did that again .

should the hack squat and leg press do the job or what

the movement ain't natural man .. u don't squat in a 100% vertical plan .. that is too much for the lower back

but when using smith u squat in a 100% vertical plan

The smith machine at my gym is at an angle so squats in it ain't to bad. I position myself so my hips go back as I squat down, it makes it better for the knees. I like it because I can push myself harder than I can with a barbell.

But that sucks them getting rid of the squat rack. I guess not many people use it.

yeah .. i noticed that i am the only one doing deadlifts .. and nearly the only one doing squats , there are 2 or 3 people who do squats . everyone else just don't even train legs !

I can't believe a gym owner would ditch a squat rack; just goes to show you how clueless the average trainee is.

I really don't know what to say man, except to keep pounding away at those deadlifts.

Where does the gym owner train? Does he not do squats.
Maybe the gym is not doing to well and he needs the money.

If you dont like the smith maching then just use the Hack squat, it will allow you to go super heavy without having to balance the weight.
