I just recently got into this and it is very effective. It really lets you get so much more work out of DB's and seems to hit certain muscle groups harder.

It always seems like the most awkward guys in my gym are the ones flailing these bands all over the place, with one attached to their ankle and another to their wrist....It always cracked me up but maybe ill give em a shot...

yea ive done it before. we use alot of bands at practice and what not. we also use the chains with are bench and row. and squats. its cool it makes you alot more detailed in my opinion.
They can be used for BB bench, squat or dead in the forward or reverse position. Or the way I used them for DB work. They also work well for traction purposes.
monstermusle sells them I bbelieve along with the poserlifting store.
