I had the same problem but I found the answer in high volume masturbating. Here is what you do, call in sick to work/school for a couple of days and wait for your wife/parents to go to work. You will need a bottle of Jergens hand creme (or your favourite brand), a box of Tissue (or an old gym sock), and access to the internet, then you proceed to spend the day crankin the protein out of your system via the main vein. After day 1 your forearm will feel like its on fire but you have to continue for at least another 2 days. When all is said and done your forearms will look like Lee Preists, and Lat pulldowns should be a problem of the past.
