Ok bros, I'm back......got the dieting down to a T and everything is good. 6 pack is beginning to show but I'm down to 198.5lbs which isn't horrible being 6'2". I need to know if my current routine which is 3 days a week supersetting chest/tris on monday.....back/bis on tuesday, wed off thurs supersetting legs and shoulders is going to keep me from loosing too much size. I know I will loose with the diet some mass but I want to keep on as much muscle as possible. Should I switch to heavy lifting, like I have it, or split it into a 4 day plan and split like chest one day, back another, tris and bis on one and legs and shoulders on another? Any input would help.....
Thanks and peace brolys!

I also forgot to add that I do some sort of burnout after I am done with a body part, like overhead extensions until I can't do anymore. I've seen Jay Cutler and other BB's not worry about reps and weight. He just goes until he gets a good burn but he knows what works for him. Anyway....Should I do the typical 8 to 12 and increase weight each set on my supersets like I am doing now or should I just lift heavy, OR lastly should I do regular sets but increase weights each set not supersetting.......woo hoo, maybe that wasn't such a simple question lol

you shudnt be supersetting chest and tris for a start. your triceps come into play alot when benching so training you tris before another press will not aloow you to bench to you max. Train you arms after you chest dude and superset between your bi's and tri's. Do back with shoulders and train legs on a seperate day. Abs every other day. You know wot ur doin anyway

u should only superset on antagonistic pairs, ie...quads, hams & bi's, tri's like addict said...u dont really wanna fatigue arms too much b4 a bench, leave arms till last bro...i red in flex that if u fatigue your arms b4 a bench or lat pdowns, your chest\lats will be doin more work, but frankly i think thats BS cos u still use your arms for a full rom & thats where i believe where growth & mass is...i dont believe in half reps one bit...quote if u think im wrong, but thats my opinion & no-one will change that...

ya that definately doesn't sound right...if you where to pre exhaust your tri's say and then bench you tri's are going to give out before your chest does...., and bi's before lat - same idea, other way around is fine, & for good enough reason pretty common practise.
