u should only superset on antagonistic pairs, ie...quads, hams & bi's, tri's like addict said...u dont really wanna fatigue arms too much b4 a bench, leave arms till last bro...i red in flex that if u fatigue your arms b4 a bench or lat pdowns, your chest\lats will be doin more work, but frankly i think thats BS cos u still use your arms for a full rom & thats where i believe where growth & mass is...i dont believe in half reps one bit...quote if u think im wrong, but thats my opinion & no-one will change that...
