cutting fat is more about reducing calories and adding extra cardio rather than any particular weights spilt.
Your weight training seems fine, plenty of good compound movements(any polish guy i've met knows how to lift!)so just add 1-2 days of cardio seperate from your lifting. 30-45 minutes a session with high intensity.
You need to sit down some time & work out your diet, daily protein, carbs & fat, once you know what your taking now you can decide whatever adjustments need to be made then.
