hello, I need your help. I'll plan fat cut and I don't know, whether I have good workout plane. Can You look at his?
I'm sorry, my Englisg is weak ;D.

Mon.
"Bench Press 1/2" 5x5
Power Clean and yerk 5x5

tues.
Draw up 5x max
Dead lift 5x10
Yates rows 5x5

Thursday
Squad 10x10-5
Bench Press 10x5

After workaut 15 min runing.
I'll do Interval in days without workout.

Is it good? ;D

I have gone to Gim for 2,5 years.

what do mean by 'Diet : TKD/CKD'??

cutting fat is more about reducing calories and adding extra cardio rather than any particular weights spilt.

Your weight training seems fine, plenty of good compound movements(any polish guy i've met knows how to lift!)so just add 1-2 days of cardio seperate from your lifting. 30-45 minutes a session with high intensity.

You need to sit down some time & work out your diet, daily protein, carbs & fat, once you know what your taking now you can decide whatever adjustments need to be made then.

CKD - low carb diet
TKD - carbohydrates 50g per day, only 30 minutes before, and after workout.

I eat :

7:00: 4 eegs + olive-oil 40g
10:30(in school) : chicken breast 150g + olive-oil 40g
13:30(in school) : chicken breast 150g + olive-oil 40g
15:30(30 min. before workout) 30g carbohydrates + 30g proteins
Aftwer workout : 30g carbohydrates + 30g proteins
18:30 : chicken breast 200g
22:00 : 30g proteins/150g chicken breast/ eggs protein/tuna

I don't eat dairy products because my dermakologist forbade me. ;D.

need some more carbs than that mate...try sticking to 130-150 carbs throughout the day...
do cardio 4 times a week, if u want to cut some fat
