Heya peeps, ok so ive been tyring to work on my abs, i want to get them defined etc, but im having trouble with the inner ab line, or the vertical line separating one side and the other side (as the pic shows) i managed to get the horizontal lines to be more defined, but dont know how to get the vertical lines to be more defined..
Anyone know any exercises to do it?
atm, ive been doing crunchs, and ab work on those large balls.
from what ive read from earlier threads, is abs are mainly visible due to low bf% but i dont consider myself to have a high bf% so im a little puzzled, should i try for new exercises, or just do cardio to reduce bf%?
