Problem : inner abs

Heya peeps, ok so ive been tyring to work on my abs, i want to get them defined etc, but im having trouble with the inner ab line, or the vertical line separating one side and the other side (as the pic shows) i managed to get the horizontal lines to be more defined, but dont know how to get the vertical lines to be more defined..

Anyone know any exercises to do it?
atm, ive been doing crunchs, and ab work on those large balls.

from what ive read from earlier threads, is abs are mainly visible due to low bf% but i dont consider myself to have a high bf% so im a little puzzled, should i try for new exercises, or just do cardio to reduce bf%?

diet is the main thing, but try helping it along with weighted double crunches...these def help them areas

im not sure. i want to know the same thing. im just thinking because it covers the main part of the torso, i know its mainly for the opposite sex thing :S

but women are also attracted to big arms, quads, chest, great back etcetera so why focus specificly on the abs.. they will come naturally with a great diet and good training...

do hanging leg raises, and decline weighted crunches however if they are your abs that line you have an issue with looks pretty well defined to me id be more than happy to have those abs

ahhh thanks for that! yea, i would think those exercises would work wonders, need to find a way to do those. The pic i posted was an example of the line im trying to go for, i wish they were my abs as well :(

weighted crunches, put you're legs up on a bench & grab a weighted plate suitable for u...then bring your shoulders up & roll them fowards breathing out...i'll find pics n post when i can...ken would if he saw this as he's a pici sort of guy...

weighted double crunches, hold a light db between your feet & a medicine ball or a plate on your chest then similtaniously bring your knees up whilst rolling shoulders forward breathing out keeping abs tight...
