Okay I'm currently on my season training, I've been reading it in many forums and many people have also told me that i should do my cardio twice in a day, a morning session wherein you haven't had a meal yet and the evening session. My question though is when exactly in the evening? Before my last meal of the day or after my last meal of the day? I was just wondering if this made a big difference and when is the optimum time for an evening cardio session. Thanks for helping me out guys.

are you just trying to lose weight? or do you lift? cause you will lose ALOT of calories and some muscle if your doing double cardio. you will hear pros doing double cardio getting ready for shows but that is a totally different situation

I do my second cardio after i train in the afternoon. I eat my post W/O meal in the locker room after I lift, and then go hit the treadmill for 45 min. Seems to do the trick.
