Thanks lads. I figure it's going be a surprise to my body intially as with anything new so i'm looking forward to it in that sense. Though i need to improve the overall fitness i'm aprehensive about having to easy up in the gym, i like sticking to 6-8 reps with descent intensity, i get bored otherwise, but ya wrestlingstalion, i have been told before bout higher reps & circuits so we'll see how it goes, it's going to interesting to see how my body reacts.
I'm starting it in two weeks(got my final (ever!) college exams first staring monday....

) & then i'll give it another two weeks of the training spilt i had in mind. I'll raise this thread from the grave then & let ye know how i'm getting on!
