Dog Crapp aka DC... all i know about it is that its very effective from testimonials ive heard, and that the rep/set scheme is 5X5... someone please elaborate further

I hate to do this but i'm in a rush. What workout did you use before? Pretty much you can bulk on using 8-12 reps as long as your eating right. I'll get into more detail tommorow when i come back.

Food + bench + deadlift + squat = mass

I agree but would change to-

Quality Food+bench ( or Dips )+deadlifts+squats ( or leg press if your butt starts to get too big )+water+7-8 hours of sleep+patience!= mass
