u wanna add more weight n push more reps on each set??? ur goin the opposite way bro...did u mean drop setting...
for example on the bench i have;
set 1 400lbs 1 rep
set 2 drop weight to 350lbs 2 reps
set 3 drop weight to 300 4 reps
set 4 drop weight to 250 6 reps
is this what u mean??? i hope it was, lol
