Yo bros, you ever seen Jays' video One Step Closer?
If so, there is a scene where he reverse grips cables over his head almost like a reverse lateral but above your head and pulls down and out. What part of your body does that work???
I would take a guess and say the outer lateral head?

on the high cable yeh then pull them back behind you at head height? If so then yeh the rear delts. Ive been using that exercise for years and works really well to get the pump and to harden them up, realy brings them out. Mwah

great excersize...def a solid finisher to a delt routine aswell.

the rear delt is tough area to develop, its another one of those muscles i think that get neglected by young, well i shouldnt say young---new bodybuilders. its takes a solid and consistant effort to get those to pop.

every other week i add an additional rear delt movement in addition to my usual one excersize. i always bounce back for between them all tho. bent over laterals, reverse pec deck, and my favorite--the cables mentioned above.

delts are small muscles but they will get big..best exercise is overhead press, barbell, dumbell,Arnold Press..then side lats and rear lats with cables or db..too many guys hurt their shoulders by going too heavy and end up seriouisly injured or even worse permanently injured with a lot of pain..I started with 15 lb db and now do 40,45,50....nothing hurts..only thing is I get a great burn.......
