īve never heard of it, but i think it is logic it will work...
its like a kickstart to ur metabolism, and with that low resttimes it will be like doing intensity over a long amount of time, like cardio...
i bet ur heartbeat goes to max due doing this workout correct, so that means a lot of calories burned. the body will actually burn calories in 4 hours after the workout too...
this is a good replacement to good old cardio, because the old basicly was running or bicycling, and that will exhaust glutes, quads, hams and calves and send them to the catabolic stadium more than the upper body.
this workout here will send the whole body to a catabolic stadium, but it will not be 10% of what the old was. and it will be lower rest times and with right nutrition u will not even feel the catabolic stadium...
hope this made it more logic, even though my syntax sucks :P
