How Can I Workout My Chest Without Using My Right Arm/Shoulder?

Are there anyspecific exercises to strengthen my chest and traps without using my right arm/shoulder?

or just try flexing as hard as you can for as long as you can....this will grow muscle in the muscle being flexed

There was a pec deck machine in a gym i used for awhile that could be operated one side at a time. If you can find one that would work out your left chest/shoulder pretty well. You could try lateral raises just using your left arm and now that i think of it you could do db shrugs for your left trap also....try them seated for more support. Your gonna end up with your left side way more developed but from what i gather from your injury this cant be avoided if you do upper body excerise? will you ever be able to use your right side again?
