hi i am 15 years old 6,2 and 15 stone - i am curently benching 120kg , squoting 220 kg and dead lifting 160 kg have i gon to heavy to young and am i going to damijy my body by doing it ???????????????????????????????????????????????

If your 6'2 I wouldn't worry much, looks like it hasn't stopped you from gaining any height. As long as you remain injury free I don't see what it can really do now.

Lifting heavy doesn't stunt growth, however anabolics will. Stay o'natural till your body is done developing and don't worry about lifting too heavy as long as it is done in good form.

Like Mygeeto said, use good form when lifting etc and you will have no problems. Plus i think if your body is telling you its sore then listen to it. Take a break then get back into it

this is sooo wrong... there is this guy at school that weightlift correctly and not more than 1 hours a day.. he eats very well but still, he got injured... he injured himself in the right knee while squatting and now he's losing weight as hell... dont go too high...


btw: how many lbs and kgs is 15 stone??

14 lbs in a stone = 210 lbs in 15 stone.

= 94.5kg.

To convert lbs to kg's multiply by 0.45 and kg's to lbs x 2.21
