ab workout right after cardio for better results?

I was wondering if it would be alright to do ab work-outs right after my treadmill which i do for 30 mins. I'm currently on my season training getting ready for a contest and just wanted to know, if it would help doing ab workouts right after a treadmill exercise or should i just stick to the treadmill alone. thanks for helping me out.

ive always thought that these have been the best exercises for abs
double crunches(weighted if poss)
hangin leg raises to the front n side

just wondering if this could be explained better? do u mean ur training a bodypart, then doing cardio, and then doing abs? ORRR is this a seperate sessions where u would come back and noramlly do cardio?

i mean either situation, i would still say its fine anyway. i can recall having some nice abs workouts after doing a treadmill session.

i know this may sound stupid but when ur infront of a mirror, preferably in the gym check your abs out n skip a few times then tell me what u think...it shows more definition in the ab area...a bit random but try it, lol

THere is kind of no straight answer to this. THe abs after cardio would be prefatugued alowing you to work them harder BUT on theother hand delveloping your ab (muscles ) is no exeption to the rule that weight traning should be ndone pre-cardio. ,And you get more out of doing cardio after your weight traning because your blood glucose has been depleted
