We need a little more info than that man. We're not doctors, what's the diet like? How much water are you drinking? How much caffeine are you ingesting? Just some examples.

yeh sorry.

i generally have a protein shake(mixed with water), about an hour before i train. The training lasts abt an hour. its an all over workout

i am vegetarian, (no meats, fish etc ), i do eat eggs, and lentils, dairy products, baked beans fruits etc, quite healthy.

i dont drink any coffee or soft drinks, so no caffeine, i usually drink 2L of water daily.

I use Aussie Bodies and Horleys Whey protein, and i take a multivitamin.

You might want to increase the water intake during and immediately after the workout. I found that I feel more iffy after a hard workout and i don't drink at least 1L during/after the workout. I've never puked, but I've come extremely close.

You might want to include some Bcaa supplements. Not eating meat means you have to make up for the incomplete amino acid chains that vegeatables and other non-meat foods have.

Water might be one reason, you also might be interested in possibly eating something mid workout, just like a slice of wheat bread. To get carbs back in your system a little sooner.

But you should really talk to a doctor.

Like others have said I'm quite confident its just lack of water intake. Drink more water. Eat more food for energy and water.

How long has this been happening for?
You say you do full body workouts. I do as well. If I train legs first this will often leave me feeling light headed and on some occations I have been sick a little(mainly water). If I train upperbody first this does not happen.

At the moment I am training legs first as I want to build up my squats but I feel my conditioning is a little better now.
