Hey everyone, I just thought I'd throw out the split I've put together as a contrast to a more typical bodybuilding split. It's basically a hybrid of a "Westside for Bodybuilders" template, an Ed Coan one-lift-per-day routine (minus the periodization, for now), and some bodybuilding stuff. Feel free to comment/criticize, and maybe some of the more experienced guys can tell me if they think I'm doing anything wrong.
