hey guys and girls, ive been doing alot of reading on this forum, and i just cant really seem to understand this, ive been working out for almost 2 years. ive problem gained about 20-25 lbs of muscle and lost about 25lbs, but this is my thing.

i still have love handles and slight man boobs, im very strong/compaired to some. i've been tryin to lose this bit of weight and it just dosent not seem to want to go away? is there anything anyone would recommend me to try, this is what i do now. i workout for about 45-90 mins aday depending on what im doing, then after that i jump on the cross trainer for 60 mins, @ incline 7 res 7

then take about 80g of protien after that? is this ok? will this weight go away after some time? should i do more sit up's?

any input would be great.

even mabye a new diet?

post ur daily diet regieme. ur probably eatin too many carbs, n fatty foods...

i personally think that 80g protein is too much for after training ur only gonna end up pissin it away n wasting it, u should divide protein intakes throughout the day.

i take in 400-500g daily wen i bulk but only take in 40-50g at one time. 60g at the most after training.

If you can do an hour of hard-ass cardio AFTER weight training then you are doing something Very wrong.

Bingo!!! There is no substitute for hard work, I've had days where I've been at the gym for 45 min of just legs and when I'm done I'm crawling out of the gym, I'll glance at a bike then realize that there is no way I'll be able to move the pedals. If you're going to do an hour of cardio then do it on a non lifting day. On lifting days try taking 30-40g of protein pre-workout and 50-60g of protein post workout (as soon as possible)
