Ok...seriously, how many of you are in the single digit bodyfat percentage range? I'm at 8 % right now dieting down for the Southwest Natural OCB BodyBuilding contest on june 2-I'm about 9 weeks out. At this bodyfat percentage my Veins and Vascularity are Visible at ALL times. Not just when I work out, but when i'm brushing my teeth, cooking food, doing my homework, walking between classes, it doesn't matter, if you are lean enough you will see it no matter what. You want to know how to get there? Simple, DIET YOUR ASS OFF!!!!!!!!!!!! THERE IS NO OTHER METHOD, PERIOD!!!! Yes, dieting sucks, I know this right now better than most, and unlike most I know there is absolutely no secret to losing bodyfat. None, there simply is NONE! It's a shitty truth guys, I feel like crap most of the day but I sure do look good. If you want it bad enough you'll do whatever is nessecary to achieve your goals. If you're lean naturally, I mean truly ripped lean from genetics, then congratulations because I hate you. Oh yeah one more thing, Cardio people, gotta rock some cardio if you want to lose the fat fast. But Cardio is not nearly as treacherous as the diet. |
