Feel defloated

Ive just come out of hospital after having my jaw re broke and a plate put init so its straightened again. I couldnt eat for over 24 HOURS!!!! well pissed of doin nothing. all i can eat is liquidized foods. I feel really soft and cant wait to get back into training in about 2 weeks. just need a bit of encoragement thats all....lol

Yeh i have been drinkin liquid protein and all other kinds of stuff. Its just that i like eatin solids aswell. Like a nice mixed grill and fish pie and i love my stakes. hhmmmmmmmmm

This sucks. I have to wear elastics in my mought preventin me from openin it so evrything is taken in thru a straw and i ave to talk thru my teeth. My weight is droppin and i cant train properly. God i can moan!!! lol. Help
