He said it was his 5th day deadlifting so give him a break.

The technique needs a little work. It was o.k but you lifted your hips up first before raising the weight. That will put a lot off stress on your back. You need to pull your shoulders up like you are going to do a shrug. This will make you lift more upright and put more work on the legs.
I have some times raised my hips while lifting heavy and I end up hurting my back so I have to be careful. Same with squats.

correct me if I'm wrong but each plate weighs 45lbs
(20.5kg) and so does the bar, so 2 plates per side with the bar is only 225lbs. Either way still good for 15 years old

45lbs is actually 20,7kg. 45x0,46=20,7kg..

Not bad, not bad at all. Your hips looked like they did go up a little too fast though. Your back shouldn't go up after your hips go up in that type of deadlift.

Iv never maxed a deadlift, im kinda scared about pulling/damaging something 350 pounds is tops i believe which is poor i guess as i can power shrug 300+ with straps.

Plus bbdude, dont crush the guy everyone is somewhere different, good going imo mate, keep it up.
