no, i'll end up overtraining your upper body. would you do any bodypart everyday and get result??

First of all he probably isn't doing that many push-ups and you can't compare push ups and lifting like that.

Totally different. You will just need to see for yourself how it goes and certainly don't be afraid to take a rest day every now and then. Listen to your body and record your performance.

i use push ups as a good cooldown move from all my chest exersizes

that is also a good idea... but if u hit the chest really hard, u cant do pushups afterwards... i have that experience at least..

I only do push-ups after my chest workout 3 sets to failure, thas it. doing everyday I cant see the gains that you will get from that being good.

There is no possible way I can do a push up after my chest workout. I only use pushups when im traveling and can't lift.

i find it hard to do push ups after my chest exercises...but i do 6sets to failure(which ain't alot of reps4-8), just to fatigue the chest even more, something ive always done n i find that it helps...but as far as push ups every day is concerned go for it, dont see nothing wrong with that. but u wont grow much from doing it if none at all, but it will keep ur strength up to say the least. i personally wouldnt do them every days tho
