lying leg curls, standing leg curls, and stuff leg deadlifts are the excersizes i used geared towards the hams.

usually one week i'll do one excersize for like 5 sets then the next week i'll pick 2 and 3 sets of each. all in the 10-12 rep ranges.

my legs are a pain when it comes to recovery time, they'll be sore for days. and the second day is always worse than the first with legs for me.

Stiff-leg deadlifts, good-mornings, and pull-throughs every week, usually for 10-12 reps. That combined with all the squats and regular deads have done my hamstrings some good.

i start with leg curls, 3 to 4 sets about 10 to 15 reps then i do stiff leg dead lifts 3 sets of 10 to 15 reps and last is lunges 3 sets 10 reps to failure. i work quads once a week and hamstrings once a week but not on the same day and add calves to both work outs.

Yeah, Layne doing GHR's with added weight is absolutely sick. No wonder he's such a great deadlifter.
