training on roids

i have been training in the 12-8 reps and 4 sets.20-26 sets for the bigger bodyparts and 10-18 for smaller

day 1:chest,tricep
day 2:leg,calves
day 3bac,bicep,shoulder,traps
day 4chest,triceps
day 5:legs,calves
day 6:back,bicep,shoulder,traps


any advice?

3split at that intensity (20+sets) is called overtraining in my book. But hey, that 's just me! You have to remember that u have to work twice as hard after your cycle & that's even harder when you have to top your current workout schedule.

You question is not how to workout while your on a cycle, but how to train when you go off....
I train with high reps while I'm on... And then i increase the intensity when after the cycle doing lower reps more weight but next tim i will higher the frequency after the cycle to...

It's easy gaining while being on, but it's hard keeping while going off...

yo if u do roids and then u go of it r u gonna loos everything and r u gonna considered to b natural....

Fahhad could you please use words.. Once you have done roids you will always have an advantage... And you will not loose your gains from aas, some of them you will loose

So one you done roids you are marked for life time
