my max squat is 5 and a half pound plates on each side and my max bench is 2 and a a 35 pound plate on each side......i no it sound wierd but my strongest point r my legs and i suck at pressing movments for the upper body but am working on it by doing partial trainig and am making good progress........i have also done 5 plates deadlifts to the floor for 2 reps
