man its embarrasing to post my numbers here after reading the others esp by guys 4 to 5 years younger than me!
squat 264 - 3 reps
bench 220 - 3 reps
deadlift 330 - 3 or 4 reps
these were done when i was about 204 19yo not sure on the bodyfat
quads and chest are real weak points ESP chest
