Not anything to my knowledge that will speed up the process.

The rate of metabolization depends on anerobic and aerobic fitness levels.

Repeated bouts with lactate producing volume causes the growth of new mitochondria to get rid of it faster!

Other than that, just keep the blood pumping. No nap right after workouts.

a good thing to do is the day after a rigorous workout, when you know your gonna be sore for a few days is to; for instance you worked chest on monday and you do legs on tuesday, well after your leg workout head over to the bench throw some light weight on there rep out like 20 reps slow and use that weight to stretch and get blood flow into the muscle, then go stretch your legs like you would normally and do your chest to. it has been proven that stretching reduces soreness and incourages hypertrophy (muscle size)

I find that running after a workout (even legs) helps remove the latic acid. If i doesn't remove it it makes me feel better.

what about supplements like gakic or luekic (not sure of the spelling)?

or do those help to fight muscle fatigue during workouts instead of muscle recovery?
