Hey guys i'm new to this site and to bodybuilding infact. But I was wondering, what would be the best way to gain pure muscle mass. Would it be to do a full body routine three times a week or split the muscle groups up to work them more. Say - Mon/ches,tri - Wed/back,bi - Fri/should/legs. I'm sorry if this question has been asked a lot before.

Aight, thanks for the replys all. I'm actually currently doing the routine that I typed in the first post, just making sure it's okay. It feels fine to me, and it allows sufficient recovery. thanks again.
