Where do i fit cardio into my week? Do i do it twice or once or at all? If i want to get biger and stronger is it better to avoid cardio or do a few 30 minute sessions each week?

u should do cardio at least twice a week regardless of ur metabolism just for health, getting bigger is supposed to add something to ur life, its shouldnt diminish ur health

30 mins twice a week is the bare minimum, cardio is an evil word in bodybuilding circles, it doesnt cut into ur gains as much as ppl make out and it will help u recover faster between sessions. besides bodybuilding should not make u a useless athlete u can safely do cardio 2-4 times a week as long as u dont have too many high intensity sessions

It is recommended to do cardio 3 times a week at 30 minutes each session. If you have a really intense training session that goes on for longer than 30 minutes then that can take the place of it. Invest in one of those heart rate monitors and try to keep your heart rate at 60-70% of your maximum heart rate for 30 minutes. If you are achieving this during your normal routine then that's great.
