Ok so i have deiced to stay away from sports and strictly lift. All i want is to get biger and stronger, doesnt everyone? I have no insight on a good routine or solid exercises i realy want to send my bench through the roof its way to low, i want to also be able to put 5 days in at the gym every week, advice tips and pointers and recomendations for a good plan and routine would be awesome, also curious as to how or if i want to include cardio i dont know what impact good or bad cardio has on a bodybuilder

this is incredibly broad, you're basically asking 'how do u bodybuild?' and uve given NO useful information about yourself, its not something u can answer well in 5 lines
