im puzzled by something..theres a guy in the gym i go too thats thin medium build and he trains biceps 2 days straight along with shoulders a couple days straight and even does chest two days staight plus back two days in a row never any time off ..the guy has a slightly cut up shoulders..and arms ..is'nt he doing damage to him self?? maybe taking something?? must be over training..right? but heres the kicker..he spends 45mins aday telling people about his years in the gym and even gives advice to the younger guys..this guys around 50yrs old and enjoys his black tank top look..i would think he's body would be worn down.. |
