Damn ... yeah too many sets for bi's ... you're doin 17 sets for a very small muscle group ... most ppl here don't even do that many total sets for chest or back

i'd do seated incline DB curls 3x10

standing ez bar curls 3x10

then 2-3 more sets on preacher curls or concentration curls (maybe even hammer curls)

I rekon I agree. Muscle and f'ing fiction is a joke. It is a fictional magazine. Stop reading it.

Do deadlifts 1st, thaen betn over rows, use whatever you have left for pullups or pull downs. than biceps after your back and you have way too much bicep work in your M&F workout.

M&F does cater to bodybuilders. True. But there is so much fictional and useless or out of context info in there it's rediculous. I just really hate that mag. Every guy in there is on anabolic steroids and they promote so much advertisement of supps that don't work. Drives me nuts.

I guess I feel it is very misguided info to people that don't know how to cater something to themselves or ingeneral believe everything they read and dont' know any better or any different.
