I don't do full power. I do push pull. Bench/dead. I do squat in training but not suited and real heavy. I have two herniated discs. They won't hold up to 800+ pound squats. Trust me I know. :) Deadlift seems to be ok and I don't go too crazy with the weights . Complressing the discs is when you realy feel it. Obviuosly squat puts quite a squish on them. I go to about low 400's and just do my reps there to keep the wheels toned up.
