Currently i train at home and only have an olympic bar, EZ bar, bench and squat rack. I already do Deadlifts, and rows for back and want to know how to get my back wider without a pull up bar.

it's a bench you sit on facing a stack of metal weights that are attached to a pulley.you use a attachment on ur end of the pulley and with u sitting with ur back straight use your arms to pull the attachment to your stomach..if u dont have access to this u can use the equipment used for cable flies and mimmick the same set up and movement..

yup u can use dbs for bentover (mygeeto style) rows or one are row..for bent over u bend at the kness..back arched..db in each hand..pull up ur hands from knee to shoulder...for one arm row put right knee on bench with db in right hand lowered almost to floor pullup getting your elbow as high as you can and then reverse the stance and do the other side..I put a db on each side of the bench to do this..lol

The best exercises for back width are medium to wide grip pull ups with weight and bent over barbell rows. Deadlifts will add thickness.
