Triceps make up most of your upper arms size, remember that.

In my experience, biceps grow best when they're trained in an accessory fashion. That is, heavy back work provides the heavy bulk of work for the biceps and a few sets of isolation work after heavy back training is enough. If you're training your pulls, rows and pull-ups heavily then 2-3 sets, two or three times a week of direct biceps work is not only enough, it's ideal. And the harder your biceps cramp during the direct work the better. I always got my best biceps growth, by far, from dumbbells.

I like to do drop sets in my bis. Ill go as heavy as I can for about 8-10 reps then drop it right down to about 25Kg and do another 10 ontop of that then ill just work my way don from 50Kg's to 10Kg. Great pump but its always cool to get more advice even ide like some more lol

One of the best mass builders for biceps...straight bar curls. Everything else is just secondary. I usually do 4 sets of 6-8 reps.
