I actually train 7 days on 7, is that too much? On one day i do only abs though.
My level of muscles working is 440 and my mom who is doctor said the average is 190.
So... i'd like to know if i'm the only one with a number such high.

Yeah I would definitely recommend 2 rest days, over training you are only asking for injuries and setbacks in size and strength. If your mom is a medical doctor you are truly blessed!! Get anatomy and physiology, exercise physiology, nutrition, etc... books and read away. You have a wonderful tutor for both elementary and complex answers. Take advantage of that.

yes, that is too much ..2 days are not enough and 5 days is too many..so do the math or you will get smaller and weaker instead of bigger and stronger

when you have lifted for some years you don't go on a split. That framework disapears. I lift when the muscle group is ready and you only can do that when it's fully healed. Your muscles don't always follow your weekly agendas and don't know when they should be healed by. Sometimes i'll lift 5 days in a row, sometimes only 3 days a week, it depends on how sore my major muscle groups are.
