i train 5 times a week and each time a diffrent muscle (except for arms which i do tricep and bicep) for each muscle i do 5 excersizes.
for all the excersizes i do 4 sets of 10,8,10,12
it's suposed to be a endurence program.... or somthing like that....
be the way i also do the reps slow.... like for an example when i squat down 2 seconds and up 2 seconds wich gos for evrething....
now i'm suposed to switch my my sets and reps (maybe a few excersizes =] )
this is beacuse i'm gonna start using
BSN CellMass and
Optimum Tribulus in addition to my
Universal Real Gains.....
so.... i wanted to know what you recomend my new sets and reps sould be like....
