actually i'm not suposed to compete until the end of next year...
so i kinda need right now to pack on some size... i to small for having a chance at a compitition right now... so when i get abaout 3.5 - 4 months from cmpitition i'll start doing cardio and go low on the carbs... (can't pack mass without the carbs)
so now that my stats are clear....
back to my quistion :)
i train a 5 day split and each other day i do a diffrent muscle (except for armes when i do tricep and bicep)
what sets and reps should i do now that i'm going to use BSN
