YES MEASURE UR BICEP,TRICEP,FORARM,WRIST,UR CALF YOUR THIGH,YOUR TESTES AND UR **** AND DIVIDE BY 8..NO CHEATIN DUDE..GIVE US ALL THE MEASUREMENTS SO WE CAN CHECK THE MATH..LOL

well if you just need so badly to know... then my **** is 17 CM which makes it 7.5 inchs long (and trust me it's pretty ****in wide).

now i did two messurings.

1. i messured each muscle 8 times and then made the avrege this was the result
and it came out like this.
arms - 18 inch (37 CM)
thighes - 27.1 inch
calf's - 19.4 inch
forarmes - 15 inch
waist - 38.3 inch
(all muscels were flexed and checked befor workout)

2. then i added all of the numbers together and made the avrege
and the numbre i got was (i divided by 8 even though i only messured 6 parts)
14.7

so was that right?
and how the hell do i messure the chest?

yeah that is right..so you have 18 inch arms! wow and a 38" waist..u gotta do some cardio and stop eating carbs for a while..no 6 pack with 38" waist but I think as u only measured six parts you should divide by six instead or 8..u measure ur chest by tape measure all around..u knew that..

actually i'm not suposed to compete until the end of next year...
so i kinda need right now to pack on some size... i to small for having a chance at a compitition right now... so when i get abaout 3.5 - 4 months from cmpitition i'll start doing cardio and go low on the carbs... (can't pack mass without the carbs)

so now that my stats are clear....
back to my quistion :)

i train a 5 day split and each other day i do a diffrent muscle (except for armes when i do tricep and bicep)

what sets and reps should i do now that i'm going to use BSN Cellmass, Universal Real Gains and Optimum Tribulus?

me still screams bs unless they are fatceps

have u learned nothing u don't need the tribulus

swim 2 miles..ride your bike 6 miles then run 8 miles go home and measure ur parts..
