Morning workout

Hey im new here but i got my first question i like to workout in the moring at around 6 but i get up at 5 to get mah protein and carbs in before i workout i get like a 20 gram shake and 40 slow burning carbs is it ok to workout in the morning????

you aint the only 1 in the gym @ 6 a.m...best thing to do have 25 grams whey with apple juice..then good 50 gram whey protein after u workout..u gotta have high glyssemic..fast burning cabs b 4 and after workout..

If you can get it in man really try to get in a low - med gi carb also. Quick options (to cook and eat) would be sweet potatoes or oatmeal in the microwave.

actually you can do whey protein in the oatmeal...swet potato warmed up in the micro..or cold..all good stuff..I don't know how u 6 a.m. guys do it but the more power to you!
