Hey guys, I would like to know some good exercises to build my inner quads. Any advice?

Point toes outward. Simple as that. I had the same problem for awhile but my vastus medialis are coming around.

do sissy squats.. and like TheFreak said, point ur toes outwards (they should prolly already be outwards anyway)

leg training..bing the hardest and most savage of all the body parts to train, should be done first thing in the routine/ week when ur fresh. you'll get the most benefit out of ur squats, STDL, leg presses, lunges, ect. same can be saif for calves.

Doesn't that cause damage to the knee? Or is that dependent on knee position?

Cardio.. you can't spot reduce if that is what you are trying to do. I was referring to building muscle, squats, hacks, leg press, etc..
