leg training..bing the hardest and most savage of all the body parts to train, should be done first thing in the routine/ week when ur fresh. you'll get the most benefit out of ur squats, STDL, leg presses, lunges, ect. same can be saif for calves.

Cardio.. you can't spot reduce if that is what you are trying to do. I was referring to building muscle, squats, hacks, leg press, etc..
