is it possible for me to gain about 44 pounds of muscle mass in a year and a half?
i train 5 days a week and eat 6 meals a day (not including my shake), i'm 15.5 (if that makes a diffrence)
will it be possible to do it with my workout, nutrition and with Satur8,Real-Gains and Tribulus?

sure it is possible..if you train right and eat right and get proper rest.I just saw my workout partner gain 55 lbs in 7 months..not all muscle mass but if he keeps gain I think he could gain 44 lbs + in muscle mass in a year and a half..go for it!

You gotta keep track of bf% as well though because if someone starts real thin and gains 44lbs then yeah they will likely look better but you can't say that he gained 44lbs of muscle, some will undoubtedly be fat. Net that is a good goal but don't forget to make smaller achievable goals along the way to keep you motivated throughout the year. Good luck man.

thanks..yeah gaining 55 lbs in seven months is not the same as gaining 44 lbs muscle mass in 18 months..to start @ 159 go to 215 in 7 mos is a lot...bf of course is a critical thing here...how much to lose to get set for competition we'll see..

my genetics are good with body fat... beacuse befor i started bodybuilding i was also was around that area....
by the way.... the weighing machin that said i was 178 pounds was also electronic.... should i weigh myself on a regular weighing macihne?

and two small goals i have are 1. getting my legs a little bigger.
2. getting my lats to pop out a little more...

and i'm right now 178 pounds of muscle (probubly with BF)

just for ur information, a gain of 20lbs might be 8lb of water, 5 of fat and 7 of muscle, then when u diet down the water comes off and u lose maybe a pound and a half of muscle so ur net gain becomes 5.5lbs. first u need the right genetics to reach this goal then u need to train and eat consistently and progressively, i think ur need to set better goals: look more short term and realistic
