if u want a bigger muscles also getting the pump.
each train 5 sets, 2 warm up, 3 heavy weights but not too heavy.
also in each training try to do only 8 to 14 reps.
you should concentratein each training by doing it slow movement.

My workout partnet put on 55 lbs last 7 months by eating and doing heavy weight training.(he now weighs 215).just measured his biceps for the 1st time after doing heavy back workout..they measured 18" on the nose without any more pumping..there is nothing to pinch either...? is we thinks he should come down to about 175 to compete...how to keep the 18" from shrinking???

Back excersizes use alot of biceps, This is why people often get bicep tears while doing heavy back lifts i.e. deadlifts. I train my biceps on back day after back. THis way they are prefatigued prior to training making my bicep traning more effective and requiring les time.

I have 19 inch biceps.

what type of cycle (aas) would you recommend to a natural who's already established a solid workout routine, solid base, and strict diet looking to take it to the next level?
