hi i do stumach exercises about 3times aweek. weighted crunch machine.
am i doing this to much i dont see much change in my abs.Is there better or more exercises i can do i was told that weighted crunchs were one of the best

maybe u have too much body fat to see much change in urs abs

is the weighted crunch machine the only direct ab exersize u do?? personally i'd recomend doing crunches on a decline bench.

You're right Mygeeto. Boss if you don't have <10%bf you won't see your abs if you do 1M crunches per day.

weighted crunch could make ur stomach bigger..do crunch without weight..ur bpdy fat gotta be below 10% ig u lookin for a six pack that is visible..u gotta do crunche every day ..hundreds of them..I use to do 1,000 every morning..but then I got a life so I just do 100 everytime I go to the gym..
